Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Order and Home.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday.

Shipping time (US): Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout.

Delays: Occasional carrier or supplier delays can occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at orderandhome@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses entered at checkout, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
